Responsibilities Include:

• Build rapport with customers and develop a strong understanding of the customer’s vision for their important day.
• Provide an exceptional shopping and buying experience to every Bride, Prom Student, Mother, and Special Occasion Customer.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and service goals.
• Maintain relevant knowledgeable about trends in the bridal industry and special occasion industry.
• Follow up and maintain relationships with clients.
• Communicate effectively, politely, and with enthusiasm via phone, text, email, and social media interactions.
• Participate in maintaining store style, organization, and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in store events, meetings, and marketing efforts.
• Be a team player, be a kind and awesome person.

Required Work Experience:

• 2 + years in retail or sales position
• Ideal: 1+ years in bridal sales
